Purple salsify – Perfect answer to Eczema relief

Purple salsify is a biennial herb whose milk-coloured root extract is rich in inulin fibres. When consumed raw, the root extract of purple salsify meliorates gastric digestion and destroys the bacterium that invades the skin in eczema – Staphylococcus aureus. Topical application of purple salsify pulp to the affected skin region does relieve eczema reaction to a major extent.
